For Entertainers

Your shows, in front of people
who are out tonight.

BarCrawl puts your events and news in the Feed and Calendar of people nearby — a 21+ audience already deciding where to go. Every post is reviewed by our staff before it goes live.

Profile

A profile

Your name, what you do, a photo, a short bio and your links — website, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Facebook. Reviewed once by our staff, then yours to keep up to date.

Feed & Calendar

Events and news in the Feed

Post a show, a residency, a release or a line-up change. It appears in the Feed and on the Calendar for people in the markets you choose, with your name on it so nobody mistakes it for a bar's announcement. Events are listed by date.

Markets

Your markets

Posts go to your home market and up to three more. Pick the cities you actually play; people see what is near them, not a national list.

Review

Reviewed before it's live

Our staff look at every post before it appears. That keeps the Feed worth reading, which is what makes it worth posting to.

Your own web page

A page of your own, no app needed.

While you're on the plan, your profile is also a web page at gobarcrawl.com/e/your-name. Anyone can open it in a browser without the app or a sign-in. Put it in your bio or on a flyer QR code. It updates from what you post.

  • Your cover photo, bio and links
  • Your upcoming shows, by date
  • Your latest news

Analytics

See how people find you.

The Analytics page in the portal shows, for each profile and over 7, 30 or 90 days, how often your web page was opened and which sites sent people to it, how often your posts appeared in people's Feed and Calendar, and how many of your posts are live right now — day by day, on a chart. Counts only: we don't track who. Your page sets no cookies, and visitors who ask not to be tracked are not counted.

What it isn't.

BarCrawl does not place your post on a bar's page, and it does not book you. A post says where you are playing in your own words; the bar's own listing stays the bar's.
